Jennifer Loh, MD is a board -certified ophthalmologist practicing in Miami, Florida with a focus on cataract- refractive surgery and dry eye disease.
She is founder and medical director of her practice, Loh Ophthalmology Associates, which she started in 2016. Dr. Loh also spends her time as a clinical and surgical attending for the Larkin Hospital Ophthalmology Residency program and on the Board of Directors for Eye Physicians of Florida, LLP
Currently, she has been active in speaking at national ophthalmology meetings and in publishing articles in ophthalmology trade journals. She also served as the 2019 president of Cedars-Aspens, an anterior segment group consisting of some of the country’s top key opinion leaders and is a member of both AECOS and the Refractive Surgery Alliance.
Dr. Loh has recently been honored with being named one of Newsweek America’s Best Eye Doctors in 2022, the 2018 Rising Star Award from OWL (Ophthalmic World Leaders), The Ophthalmologist Power List Rising Star Award in 2017, and the Alcon Outstanding Female Leader Award in 2016. On a local level, Dr. Loh was recently named as a Top Doctor In (and near) Coral Gables by Castle-Connelly.
Dr. Loh graduated summa cum laude from Butler University and completed both her medical school training and residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. As a medical student, she was inducted into the IU chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, which focuses on identifying students and physicians who exemplify compassionate care. Dr. Loh was also fortunate to serve as chief resident for both her intern year program and ophthalmology residency.
In her spare time, she enjoys skiing and traveling the world with her husband and 4 year old son.

Dr. Aleman-Moheeputh received her Bachelor of Science degree in Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She has held the role of clinical liaison for Walmart Health Optometry in Florida from 2019-present. She currently serves as a Johnson and Johnson myopia management professional affairs consultant (PAC). She is an active advisor in the advisor committee AAOMC and is an advisor for Nevakar myopia specialists. She is the founder and CEO of iSmart Vision Care, located in Miami, Florida. In her practice, she specializes in providing multiple solutions for myopia management. In her mission to fight the myopia epidemic, Dr. Aleman-Moheeputh has recently launched her new venture, OK Love Myopia Control Experts. Beyond myopia management and educating patients, Ok Love also offers consulting designed to educate fellow optometrists on various methods of implementing myopia control practices. She has lectured extensively nationally and internationally to contribute to educating others in the field of orthokeratology and myopia management in hopes of mitigating the myopia epidemic.

Dr. Diana Shechtman is a board-certified optometrist who obtained her degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. She completed an ocular disease residency at Fox Medical Center in Miami in 1999. She later obtained her oral prescription certification and DEA. She was a full-time professor for 18 years at Nova Southeastern University. Among her many roles, she served as the coordinator of the Diabetes & Macula Clinic and the Director of Interdisciplinary Education Program. In 2016, she completed a 6-month retinal clinic shadowing sabbatical. She then went on to join RMSM from 2017-2021. She is currently the consultative optometrist at Eye Centers of South Florida, where she continues to practice full scope medical optometry. She also serves as an adjunct professor for a number of colleges of optometry; through her participation in the externship educational programs.
Dr. Shechtman continues to serve as a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and the Optometric Retinal Society (ORS) and numerous local and national organizations. She is also an active member of numerous professional committees, including a trustee for the Broward Board. She participates on numerous Industry Advisory Boards and Professional Speakers Bureaus. Dr. Shechtman has also participated as a member of several Editorial Review Boards and had co-authored the Retinal Dilemmas and the Research Review Columns. She is currently on the Florescence editorial retinal board and member of Delphi panel to determine management of GA. She continues to participate in journal publications, poster presentations and research grants. She was the primary investigator for the VAST and ICOD study. Dr. Shechtman has lectured expensively at a local, national & international level in ocular disease and was also the Chair of the TRIOD Conference 2018-2021. She is fluent in Spanish.

LaCendra Morrison (Penny) is an experienced medical professional and a Certified Professional Coder who brings more than 25 years of experience in Billing, Credentialing and Healthcare Management. She has also worked for Third Party administrators for Insurance companies where she trained and implemented several payer policies. She has been a key player in the development of Primary Care and Behavioral Health Practices and Institutions but finds her passion is in Ophthalmology and Optometric practice. She has developed training materials and presentations for Correct Coding and Insurance Verification along with the development and implementation of all office policies and procedures, manages and oversees all of the Administrative and HR policies.
Dr. Elise Kramer is a residency-trained optometrist in Miami FL who specializes in ocular surface disease and specialty contact lens design and fitting.
Her Doctorate degree was awarded in Optometry from the Université de Montréal in 2012. During her fourth year, she completed her internship in ocular disease at the Eye Centers of South Florida and went on to complete her residency at the Miami VA Medical Center. Her time there included training at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, the nation’s top eye hospital. After her residency, Dr. Kramer became a fellow of the Scleral Lens Education Society (SLS) and now serves as the secretary for the SLS. Dr. Kramer is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (IACLE), a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and of the the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA). She is also the Delegate of International Relations for the Italian Association of Scleral Lenses (AILeS). Dr. Kramer has published several important articles and reviews and is participates in clinical research trials. She enjoys lecturing all around the world in several different languages about ocular surface disease and specialty lenses.
Dr. Analisa Arosemena is a board-certified ophthalmologist currently in a practice in Miami Florida. She completed her residency at Tulane University in New Orleans and continued to do a Glaucoma and Anterior Segment fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. Ramesh Ayyala. Since 2006 she has been practicing in Miami at Aran Eye Associates, the largest ophthalmology practice in South Florida with over 43 doctors. With over 30,000 glaucoma, cornea, and complex cataract procedures to date, Dr Arosemena is passionate about preventing vision loss. As the only glaucoma specialist, the importance of early detection and treatment has become evident, and the need for early intervention using laser and MIGS and traditional surgery has moved her to be an early adapter, speaker, and advocate both in the USA and internationally.
